How is purity verified?
Every lot is assayed by an independent laboratory: identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity is quantified by HPLC. We publish the figure per lot rather than a blanket claim.
Where is the certificate of analysis?

Why does a spec sometimes say “pending verification”?
When a lot's independent assay is still in progress, we label its figures as provisional rather than guess. The certificate replaces them once issued.

How should I store my order?
Follow the lot-specific storage guidance on each product page — typically refrigerated or frozen for lyophilised product. Reconstitute only with appropriate technique in a controlled environment.
