These terms apply to every order placed with Vitara (vitarahealth.co). Please read them alongside our research-use commitment and privacy notice.
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition in humans or animals. You must not administer them to humans or animals under any circumstances.
By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that the purchase, possession, and use of the ordered materials is lawful where you are. Compliance with local law is your responsibility.
Delivery terms are set out on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for confirming that import is lawful at your destination and for any customs duties or charges.
Because these are sensitive research reagents, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive product once dispatched, except where an item arrives damaged or does not match its certificate of analysis. When ordering opens, contact details for resolving delivery issues will be listed on our contact page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitara is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, from use outside their intended research purpose, or from any failure on your part to comply with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
